& Fluorescent Embellishments
Copack manufactures high-impact specialty labels combining precision rotary printing with cold foil lamination, hot stamping, holographic film casting, and fluorescent pigment inks. All three embellishment formats are available on pressure-sensitive stocks compatible with our standard roll and sheet label converting process, with custom die-cutting and finishing handled in-house in a single production pass. Applications range from premium aesthetics for wine and spirits to high-visibility logistics warning labels and micro-embossed holographic security features for anti-counterfeiting.
Fluorescent Labels
& High-Visibility Inks
Available in two constructions: fluorescent-colored paper and film facestocks with standard overprinting, or standard white facestocks printed with highly pigmented UV-cured fluorescent inks in DayGlo shades including yellow, orange, pink, and green. Both options deliver exceptional contrast against dark substrates and resist fading under prolonged retail lighting. Suitable for retail promotions, price tags, logistics markings, safety warnings, and consumer goods requiring immediate visual recognition, with print resolution sufficient for barcode scannability.
Foil Labels
Available in three constructions: pre-metallized silver and gold facestocks for full-surface metallic coverage, precision cold foil transfer for high-speed production runs, and traditional hot foil stamping for deep tactile impressions on specific design elements. Standard metallic tones include gold, silver, and copper, with custom holographic and color-shifting refractive films also available. All constructions are compatible with full-color overprinting, embossing, spot UV, and variable data. Suitable for cosmetics, wine and spirits, gourmet food, and luxury consumer goods.
Holographic Labels
Converted from multi-layered micro-embossed holographic substrates in seamless rainbow, cracked ice, and custom-registered patterns, producing shifting prismatic effects for premium shelf differentiation. For high-value applications in electronics and pharmaceuticals, holographic films can be integrated with void-reveal adhesives and hidden micro-text to create a tamper-evident anti-counterfeiting construction. Suitable for electronics, cosmetics, premium goods, spirits, and promotional labels requiring both visual impact and product authentication.
