Sheet-Fed Packaging: Boxes, Cartons & Paperboard Components
Copack's sheet-fed presses handle substrates up to 125cm, supporting folding cartons, product boxes, paperboard sleeves, and custom inserts for cosmetics, food, supplements, and consumer goods. We print on paperboard, coated stocks, kraft, and recycled boards, with finishing options including lamination, spot UV, embossing, and foil stamping. All printing, die-cutting, scoring, and finishing are done in-house in Samut Prakan, Thailand, with direct export access via Suvarnabhumi Airport

In-house die-cutting, scoring, and folding equipment calibrated for tight dimensional tolerances, supporting multi-panel cartons, crash-lock bases, and custom protective inserts.
Surface Finishing & Coatings
Inline and offline treatments including UV varnishes, matte and gloss lamination, foil stamping, and embossing, applied to meet specific structural or visual requirements.
Production Scalability
125cm sheet capacity allows for multi-up imposition, increasing throughput for medium and large production volumes while optimizing raw material usage.
Quality Control & Inspection
Color density, print registration, and structural scoring are monitored at each production stage before sheets move to final assembly or palletizing.
